PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING
- We require a 20% deposit (Don't worry! This will go towards your total cost. This is just securing your spot.)
- Our spa is a quiet space for our clientele, so please NO extra guests or children (except being serviced.)
- Rescheduling or cancellation must be done 24 HOURS before your appointment. (Please note that if you cancel without rescheduling, your deposit/payment will only be kept as a credit on file or you will lose your deposit/payment.)
- Same-day cancellation will result in being charged 50% of your service, lose your current deposit/payment, and require deposit prior to booking again.
- NO-SHOW appointments will result in being charged the remaining balance of your service and require FULL PAY prior to booking again.
- Same-day appointments are welcomed upon availability, please contact us.
- There will be no refund of deposits or full payments if appointment is cancelled, including due to emergency cancellations. Payments will be kept as a credit on file and can be used for future bookings.
- To book certain spa packages (+4 hours), please contact us.
- If you are redeeming a gift-certificate or a prepaid service, please contact us to book. (If you book online, there will be NO refunds given for the deposit. It will be applied as a credit or can be used as a tip. There will be NO redemption of expired gift certificates, under any circumstances.)
