CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not receive a refund of the deposit and will have to pay a new deposit to reschedule.
REFUND POLICY
All services are non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with the results of your service due to a technical mistake, we will offer you a complimentary corrective service before leaving your appointment if we determine it is needed. The service must be a mistake from the service provider, not something you might have had a change of mind about after the service has been performed. In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. Complimentary corrective services will not be allowed once the appointment has ended. NO EXCEPTIONS!
There are no refunds once the service is provided to you. During the appointment, I will be sure to review the process with you along the way to ensure you receive the services you are paying for. If you are not happy with your hair I will do what I can to fix the issue but there are absolutely no refunds.
