ATL APPOINTMENTS

Thank you for booking with MaiTai Hair Artistry- ATL!
I am Mai, a licensed cosmetologist based out of Philadelphia & Atlanta. I specialize in natural hair and hair care, however I do offer a variety of styles and services. Please read the following policy for all appointments.

A nonrefundable deposit of $15 is required at the time of booking.

No children or extra guests are permitted at the time of your service

There is a 10mins the grace period, if you exceed the given grace period you are responsible for a $25 late fee.

No call no show’s will not be allowed to book in the future and you will be charged for the full service cost.

Last minute cancellations will result in a 50% charge based on the service booked.

You do not have to come washed, we are a full service salon.

With me traveling between PHL & ATL, my time is limited so please please be sure to communicate with me about your appointment if needed

All bundles being used for any sew in or weaving service must be freshly washed or new.

TAPE IN/ MICROLINK SERVICES:

Luxury installs REQUIRE a consultation. You MUST have the consultation to order hair and receiving final pricing. The $15 deposit does NOT go towards this service, it will hold your time slot, your purchase of your hair will act as your deposit. For these luxury installs, it is required for you to use hair provided by me.

BRAIDS:

All hair is provided for braids in colors 1B or 2. For any other color please notify me when you book your appointment.

PAYMENT:

Final payment can be made via cash, card or Apple pay. We do NOT accept cash app, Venmo or any other form of payment that was NOT liste
