Based around the movements of Thai Chi and Gentle Yoga, mindful movement is a way to calm your nervous system and bring you home to your body.
Classes are 45 minutes long and the movements can be adapted for most ability levels, the moves are deliberately relaxing and fun so don't worry if you're not the athletic type, we aren't either!
These classes are perfect for people who may have struggled with sitting meditations in the past or want to feel relaxed in body and mind.
