STANDARD POLICY:
- Photo ID of guest(s) who will be serviced must be submitted when booking. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Must be 16+ to book. Under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. NO EXCEPTIONS.
LATE POLICY:
- There is a 10 mins grace period for all appointments, after 11 mins your retainer will be forfeited and your appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled.
If you will be running late please CALL/TEXT ASAP so reasonable accommodations can be made to avoid cancellation.
- Each service has a duration time therefore, be sure not to book a service that may interfere with personal engagements, unfortunately beauty cannot be rushed.
RESCHEDULING:
- If you are unable to make it to your appointment you may reschedule through your confirmation EMAIL at least 1HR PRIOR to your scheduled appointment or CALL/ TEXT at your earliest convenience
Retainers are non refundable & may only be transferred ONE time within 30 days.
- Only ONE reschedule is allowed per retainer as long as there is availability within 30 days, otherwise your retainer is forfeited.
- After ONE reschedule, your original retainer is non-transferrable and you will have to book a new appointment.
- Please provide your correct contact information when scheduling your appointment. You will receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL with appointment details.
- NO CALL/ NO SHOWS WILL BE BANNED FROM FUTURE BOOKING. If service(s) was booked with a Package Deal, service(s) will be deducted from remaining services for each no call/ no show.
RETAINERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & MAY BE TRANSFERRED UP TO ONE TIME WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT.
CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING:
- WAXING IS RECOMMENDED AT LEAST 2-4 DAYS BEFORE DELUXE VAGACIAL.
- Hair must be no shorter than 1/4in (rice grain length)
- DO NOT SHAVE AT LEAST 4 WEEKS BEFORE WAXING FOR BEST RESULTS.
WAXING SERVICES CANNOT BE PERFORMED IF:
- You currently take Accutane or stopped taking it less than one (1) year or any other skin thinning acne medication
- Shaved within the last 2 weeks
- Sun burned
- Recently tanned
