Communication, Time Management, Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving, Relationship-Building & Conflict Resolution.

Participants can choose to either focus on the entire series of Soft Skills for a general introduction and overview, or only on one, individual Soft Skill at a time for a more in-depth training on how to develop their core competencies in each Skill.
