Passports to Play (Formerly Memberships): Monthly (30-day) and Adventure (90-day) Passports to Play include unlimited play for the designated number of children on the package, plus two named caregivers (the same two caregivers for the duration of the Passport renewal period). A third caregiver can be added to any Passport by selecting the option with three adults. All Passports auto-renew and you will be notified via email 7 days before your MONTHLY Passport renewal and 20 days before your ADVENTURE Passport renewal and will be given an opportunity to pause or cancel at that time. Once a Passport has been charged for the upcoming month, they cannot be refunded or postponed.

Passport holders are still encouraged to reserve play in advance in order to guarantee entry. Once our tickets are sold out for the day, only those who are pre-registered will be able to enter!

For Gift Certificates: Gift certificates can be purchased online and you will have the opportunity to print or save your gift certificate. We no longer offer gift cards in store! Gift certificates cannot be used for retail or the coffee/snack bar.
