Here are a few basic steps on how you can book your appointment with us:

Come Picture Ready: You will be posted on social media, so please come prepared.

Out of Hours: Appointments after 9 PM and before 6 AM are considered out of hours and will incur an additional $20 fee.

Deposit: A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be credited towards your service total on the day of your appointment.

Dropping Off Hair for Customisation: When dropping off hair for customisation, please include a note with your full name, appointment date and time, and the date you dropped off the hair.

Late Fees: There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee will be added to your balance. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. To reschedule, you will need to pay a new $40 deposit.

Rescheduling: If you cancel ahead of time, you can reschedule once with the same deposit. You cannot reschedule with the same deposit if you cancel within 24 hours or on the same day. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel, so your deposit can be credited to your next service.
