1. Class Pack Expiration

5 Class Packs expire 60 days from the date of purchase. 10 Class Packs expire 90 days from the date of purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all classes. Failure to provide 24-hour notice or no-show will result in forfeiture of the class and associated fee.

3. Arrival Time

Participants must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled workout start time.

4. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued on class pack purchases.

5. Liability Waiver

By purchasing a class pack and participating in our fitness classes, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

a) You understand that participation in fitness activities involves risks of injury and you voluntarily accept these risks.

b) You confirm that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that might prevent you from safely participating in the fitness classes.

c) You agree to follow all instructions given by the fitness instructor and to use equipment as directed.

d) You hereby waive, release, and discharge [Company Name] and its employees, instructors, and affiliates from any and all responsibility or liability for injuries or damages resulting from your participation in the fitness classes.

e) You understand that this waiver extends to all claims of any kind and nature whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a class pack, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
