- A Non-Refundable Deposit Is Required To Book. The Deposits May Vary According To The Style.
- Deposits Are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE Unless A Mistake Is Made On My End. You May Reschedule & Use The Same Deposit One Time. After That A New Deposit Would Be Required.
- The Remaining Balance Will Only Be Accepted Through Cash Or Zelle ONLY. You Will Not Be Able To Leave To Go To An ATM After The Appointment Is Finished.
- No Extra Company Allowed.

- Please Wear A Mask!
- Hair Must Be Freshly Washed & Blown Out With NO Products Or Oils For Best Results. If You Cannot Properly Wash & Blow Dry Your Hair Please Contact Me ! There Will Be An Up-Charge.
- Hair Is Included For ALL Styles!
- If Your Hair Is Shorter Than 4 Inches PLEASE Send Me A Picture So I Can Determine If I Am Able To Service You.
- Blunt Cuts Are Not Recommended.
LATE/CANCELLATION POLICY
- I’m A Full Time Parent So I Truly Understand But Please Try To Arrive On Time. You Have A 10 Minute Grace Period! After 15 Minutes With No Communication An Extra $10 Will Be Added To Your Service. After 25 Minutes An Additonal $20 Will Be Added To Your Service, Unfortunately After 30 Minutes The Appointment Will Be Cancelled.
- Same Day Cancellations May Result In A Cancellation Fee.
Medium Knotless Appointments Booked For Days That Open At 8am MUST Be Booked At 8-8:30am , 12:30pm & 4:30pm ONLY! Otherwise The Appt Will Be Resceduled/Cancelled.
