Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Redemption and Validity:

Gift vouchers are redeemable for merchandise or services at Lashour only.
Vouchers are valid until the expiration date mentioned on the voucher.
Expired vouchers will not be honoured or extended.

2. Non-Transferable:

Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the intended recipient.
The purchaser must provide accurate recipient details during the purchase.

3. Lost or Stolen Vouchers:

The business/store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
Treat vouchers like cash; lost or stolen vouchers will not be reissued.

4. No Cash Value:

Vouchers hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, check, or credit.
Change will not be given for any unused portion of the voucher.

5. Single Use Only:

Vouchers are for one-time use only and any remaining balance after the initial transaction is forfeited.

6. Refunds and Returns:

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

7. Limitations:

Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
Discounts or promotions may not be applicable when purchasing gift vouchers.

9. Modification of Terms:

Lashour reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Provide contact details for customer inquiries regarding gift vouchers.

By purchasing and/or using the gift voucher, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Lashour reserves the right to refuse any voucher that appears to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
