*An appointment confirmation email is sent when the appointment is made. You will receive an appointment reminder email 48 hours before your appointment and also 24 hours before your appointment. A text reminder will be also send the day before your appointment. If you don't receive your confirmation email, check your spam folder and add the address to your contacts so the reminders don't get lost.
Please read the confirmation and reminder email as it has all the information you need for your appointment as a new or returning client.

Arrival Time: I do not have a waiting room so please show up 10 minutes before your appointment no sooner. Coming 10 minutes before your scheduled time gives time for new clients to fill out necessary paperwork and returning clients to discuss new issues they want addressed during the session. Your massage should start at the booked time.

Entry: If you enter the doctor's office you have gone in the wrong door. My door is the third exterior door furthest from the water with my logo on it.

Payment Policy: Full payment of service required if appointment is missed without notice. Appointment is considered a no show 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time without communication before hand with Port Townsend Massage and Wellness about running late due to traffic or parking.
