How to Book a Service or Test Ride:

  1. Select Your Desired Service Type
    Choose the service that best suits your bike’s needs from our available options.
  2. Choose a Day
    Select the day that your bike will be serviced, we aim to complete services the same day.
  3. Drop Off Your Bike (service only)
    Drop off your bike up to 48 hours in advance or by 10 a.m on the day of your service. Please allow some extra time for our mechanics to conduct a thorough check-in.
  4. Collection Notification (service only)
    You will receive a text message once your bike is ready for collection or we will contact you to advise if we've found any issues that will cause delays. Bikes can be collected from 10:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and up to 48 hours after the service is completed.

      Please choose this service if you are getting work done on your Ebike outside of a service. Please provide details of the work you want done. Minimum charge $150 per booking.

    • Puncture repair

      A$35.00

      $35 for a normal wheel, $75 for a complex wheel (internal hub, motor or cargo rear wheels). Price excludes consumables.

      A$299.00 per year

      This package is for general riders who want to save on their annual or 1500km service. In addition to all of the work completed during our standard service you also qualify for: - Jump the queue booking - Guaranteed same day service - Courtesy bike (if available) Please note there is a $50 surcharge per booking for cargo and mountain bikes.

    • Platinum Annual Service Subscription - Minor + Major Service

      A$448.00 per year

      This package is for general riders who want to save on their servicing labour cost, and who use their eBike regularly enough to warrant two service visits per year, and ride up to 3,000km per year (50km-60km per week) In addition to all of the work completed during our standard service you also qualify for: - Jump the queue booking - Guaranteed same day service - Courtesy bike (if available) Please note there is a $50 surcharge per booking for cargo and mountain bikes.
