STUDIO POLICY/ TERMS & CONDITIONS
FOR NON-PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICES
- We require a credit / debit card on file to secure your appointment.
- Please note that your card will not be charged unless you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 72 hours notice.
- In the event of a cancellation or reschedule with less than 72 hours notice, 50% of the total service cost will be charged. Same-day cancellations or no call no shows will result in a 100% charge of the service cost, with no exceptions.
FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICES
- A non-refundable booking fee of $100 plus 8.6%sales tax* is required to secure the appointment.
- The booking fee will be credited towards your service.
- We understand that schedules can change, and if you need to reschedule, we ask that you please provide us with 72 hours notice in advance.
- In the event of a cancellation or reschedule with less than 72 hours notice, booking fee will be forfeited. Please understand that same-day cancellations or no call no shows will result in a 100% charge of the service cost, with no exceptions.
*Washington state requires 8.6% sales tax on all permanent makeup services.
FOR COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION
- We provide complimentary consultations for cosmetic and camouflage tattoo services.
- To secure your consultation appointment, we require a credit or debit card on file. Please be assured that your card will not be charged unless you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
- In the event of a same-day cancellation or no-call no show, a $50 charge will be incurred.
LATE POLICY
- We kindly ask that you notify us immediately if you are running late for your appointment.
- Please note that if you arrive more than 20 minutes late and we are unable to accommodate you, your appointment will unfortunately need to be cancelled and your booking fee will be forfeited. Our schedule is usually booked back-to-back, and it is important that we have ample time to provide each client with the proper attention and care they deserve.
- Should you need to reschedule, we would be happy to arrange another appointment for you, however, another booking fee will be required.
DISCLAIMER
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Please be aware that there are no refunds for any services that have already been performed.
- For our permanent makeup service, it is recommended that clients undergo a two-step process, with a touch-up session recommended after 6 weeks. This will help to perfect and seal in the color and shape, leading to longer-lasting results and your desired look. Please note that touch-up sessions are not included, and their respective prices are listed on our booking site according to the timeframe of your initial treatment.
- To ensure the best results, we kindly ask that clients follow the before and after care instructions closely, as failure to do so may compromise the outcome.
- Please note that we do not allow guests during your appointment, as this may lead to cross-contamination and interruptions. We also ask that you refrain from bringing children, pets, or additional guests.
- Finally, it is important to note that results may vary depending on various factors such as skin type, aftercare, lifestyle, existing brow hair, brow bone structure, and medication taken. As everyone's skin is different, we have no control over how your brows will heal after you leave our studio. Please also be aware that while permanent makeup is a form of art, clients' results may still vary, and the use of powder, pomade, or pencil makeup may still be needed. We advise our clients that permanent makeup is low maintenance, not no maintenance.
RESTRICTIONS/ CONTRAINDICATIONS
The following restrictions/contraindications apply for permanent makeup appointments:
- Individuals under 18 years old are not eligible for the service.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women are not eligible for the service.
- Clients with allergies to topical anesthetics or pigment may not be good candidates for the service.
- Individuals with keloid scarring, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, severe acne on the treatment area, or any transmittable blood disease such as HIV or hepatitis may not be good candidates for the service.
- Clients who have taken Accutane in the past year, have viral infections and/or diseases, have had a chemical peel within the last few weeks, are taking medications or undergoing treatments that compromise the immune system, or have diabetes, chemotherapy, or any other medical condition must consult with their doctor and provide a doctor's note.
- Clients who have had Botox near their brows within the last 4 weeks may not be eligible for the service.
COVER UPS & CORRECTIONS (FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP APPOINTMENT)
- Please note that we do not consider previous or old work as a "touch up" service. We do not offer touch ups on work done by other artists. If you have had previous work done, it will be treated as a new service, and we will need to review photos for approval.
- If a correction is needed for your brows, such as if they appear red, pink, grey, or green, then a cover up is not sufficient. In such cases, a correction will be required and will be charged at the correction/cover up price. However, if no correction is needed, a cover up will be charged as a new service fee.
