Reservation Etiquette:

1. Confirmation: For a seamless experience, you'll receive two reminders — one 72 hours prior and another 48 hours before your scheduled time. Kindly confirm within 48 hours of the second reminder. Without confirmation, we regrettably will have to release your reserved slot.
2. Cancellation Policy: Our time is a commitment to excellence for you. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an appointment. This deposit will go towards your chosen service the day of your appointment. Please note, a No Call/No Show means we will be unable to accommodate future reservations for you.
3. Punctuality: We understand life's unpredictabilities. Therefore, we offer a 10-minute grace period. However, arrivals beyond this time will unfortunately result in a $25 rescheduling fee.
4. Preparation for Your Appointment:
   • For optimal results and comfort, kindly refrain from caffeine intake before your appointment to prevent eyelid fluttering.
   • Please present yourself makeup-free. This ensures the highest quality of our service.
   • For lash services, should you arrive with less than 40% of your lashes, it will be considered a new set appointment.
   • We pride ourselves on our unique technique; thus, we do offer foreign fills on work from other establishments. Should you wish to transition to our services, please book a foreign fill appointment.
