BEFORE YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

BY PROCEEDING TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

You confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all stated terms, policies, and processes.

These policies are strictly enforced — no exceptions.


ELIGIBILITY FOR BOOKING

The following individuals are NOT eligible to book an appointment:

• Under 18 years old
• Pregnant or nursing
• Those with transmittable blood conditions (Hepatitis, HIV)
• Individuals with skin diseases (eczema, psoriasis, rosacea) on the treatment area
• Those prone to keloid or hypertrophic scarring

MEDICAL CLEARANCE REQUIRED

The following conditions require doctor's clearance before booking an appointment:

• Diabetes
• Undergoing chemotherapy (must wait at least 6 months after the last treatment)
• Hemophilia
• Epilepsy
• Healing disorders
• Thyroid disorders
• Long-term blood thinning medication


We will not be held liable for outcomes due to false declaration of medical conditions


CLIENTS WITH EXISTING COSMETIC TATTOOS

⚠️ If you have an existing cosmetic tattoo, you must submit a clear photo for assessment before booking.

If you book without prior assessment and show up with an unapproved existing tattoo, your appointment will be canceled and the booking fee forfeited — no exceptions.


DEPOSITS

• Non-refundable deposits are required for PMU appointments.

• 1,000 PHP for brows, lips and removal procedures

• 10% of the total quoted amount for SMP procedures

• The deposit will be deducted from your total bill at the end of your session.


DEPOSIT MODES OF PAYMENT

Bank transfers and GCash

All transactions are final.


VALIDATING YOUR DEPOSIT

• Send your proof of payment via email only.
• Proof sent through other messaging channels (e.g., Instagram) will not be honored.
• Deposits will be validated within 24 hours.


SETTLING YOUR BALANCE

• Balance may be settled on the day of your appointment
• We highly encourage you to send your balance through our digital payment channels to reduce cash transactions
