Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this fundamentals class is designed to help you safely move around the pole and explore your own sensual movement. Rather than focusing on conditioning and strength, you'll learn dance movements and positions that will boost your confidence in your own artistry. No experience is necessary – come join us and discover the beauty of pole dance!

Spin pole fundamentals are an essential part of any pole dancer's practice. These skills help to build strength and control while spinning, allowing you to build artistry in your movements. Key elements of spin pole include proper grip technique, body positioning, and momentum management. By mastering these fundamentals, dancers can take their spin pole practice to the next level.

Learn the foundations of wearing, moving and dancing in a platformed heel, or stripper shoe. Platformed boots or sandals are recommended (Brands: Pleasers, Hella Heels, Bruju etc. see shoefreaks.ca). This drop-in class will go over how to safely move in the shoes, as well as learn foundational erotica moves currently popular in mainstream dance, but originated with club dance/strippers. No experience required, this is a beginner friendly course.

This spin pole class will explore everything from basic spins & combos for beginners to spin combos with inversions for the more advanced pole dancer. Along with pole tricks/shapes, technique for initiating spin, controlling speed and exiting the spin will be taught. All levels are welcome. No prerequisites.

In this class we will explore various arm balances using the static pole, as well as sequences using the lower half of the pole. Variations for different levels will be taught. All levels are welcome. Prerequisite: must have completed at least 5 previous pole classes

This stretch class is geared towards pole dancers, aerialists, acrobats and dancers wishing to improve their splits and maybe achieve over-splits with square hips. This class uses techniques that improve alignment to avoid injury, while increasing flexibility, strength and mobility. Exercises used in this class will draw from various sources, including those used by professional circus artists, yoga and the Alixa Flexibility method. All Levels Welcome

This stretch class is geared towards pole dancers, aerialists, acrobats and dancers wishing to improve their backbends and possibly achieve goals such as scorpion, eagle & needle stands. This class uses techniques that improve alignment to avoid injury, while increasing flexibility, strength and mobility. Exercises used in this class will draw from various sources, including those used by professional circus artists, yoga and the Alixa Flexibility method.

Join us in this new class where you will learn to link pole shapes and transitions. Beginner/inter level. Most of the combo will be up the pole. *This is not a choreo class* Pre-requisite: Climb the pole. Familiar with basic sits and spins.

This s focused on individuals who are interested in safely training pole climbs and inverts.. The instructor will begin with a warm-up and guide you through important conditioning exercises to support eventually climbing and inverting on the pole. (Please note that this class will not include dance elements) and end with a cool down and stretch. The rest of the class is dedicated to teaching you how to safely use pole and other essential pole fundamentals. The class will end with a cool down and stretch.

Apply basic floorwork skills and learn combinations to apply to your floorwork freestyle or choreography. Whether you are a seasoned performer looking to smooth out your floorwork technique or brand new to dance and interested in sensual movement - this class will allow you to get juicy in your movement. The instructor will introduce you to using the floor as an apparatus, including how to safely and creatively move and flow. Please note that this class is part of a series, but limited drop-in available.
