COVID - 19 Precautions
Please avoid booking an appointment, if you are exhibiting any flu-like symptoms:(coughing, sneezing, and fever). If you are simply feeling unwell. If client has been exposed or test positive for Covid / FLU or sickness symptoms clients are still responsible for proper cancellation/rescheduling policy will still apply You receive email notice 3 days before your appointment, therefore plenty of time is allotted to cancel your appointment. The below cancellation policy will be enforced for lack of proper notification.
Calendar will only show availability 30 days from the current calendar date!!Closes Sundays & Mondays
DEPOSITS: Not all services require a deposit. Services that has a deposit ONLY means you have booked and secured that appt. The deposit will be deducted from your total. Deposit does not mean if you cancel/ reschedule or no-show the deposit will cover that appt. The Appt. will still be considered as the “cancellation policy” (read cancellation) Balance can be paid via Card on file(4% fee applies to ALL card transactions)/Cash/Cashapp/ Square. Leaving for change is not PERMITTED. (ALL PAYMENTS & Deposits are Non-refundable or transferable).
GRACE PERIOD: The grace period time is 10min for (Some) services (LATE IS LATE) Any service 15min or less DO NOT have a grace period Appt will be cancelled or $10 will apply if Artist choose to accept late appt. (cancellation policy will apply). Client will have to rebook
CANCELLATION: When you book an appt. it sets the tone for how other Clients have to book AGOD Crafted has a 48-hour (2 day) cancellation policy. Late is late, even if by a minute – the fee will be charged. 50% of the service(s) will be charged for cancellations 48 hours - 26 hours from your appointment time (if notified)100% of the service(s) will be charged for cancellations under 24 hours. Multiple cancellation may result in no future booking.
NO CALL/ NO-SHOW: If you don't communicate with AGOD Crafted that you are not able to make it to your appointment the card on file will be charged 100% for all services and add-ons. Forfeited Deposit and will be charged 100% of service(s) booked. Two (2) No Call/ No Show may result in you being blocked and unable to receive any services from AGOD Crafted Master Barber Jay going forward.
CALLS OR TEXT are not consider a cancellation only a notification. Clients must do so from your confirmation email. You also can download the acuity appt for Easy access.
Holiday Appt: No appt can be canceled or rescheduled after the 48hrs. 100% fee will apply for cancellation
PLEASE RESPECT MY TIME & MY CLIENTS TIME THAT NEED A BARBERING SERVICE DONE AS WELL.
APPOINTMENTS: Be sure you select the correct service and ALL services you wish to receive at time of booking. If you book an appointment less then the 48hr time “policy” still apply. (No exception)
ADD-ON or CHANGE SERVICE: Must be added to ensure correct time for services if canceling any part of your services under 48hrs, you are responsible for the cancellation fee for the portion of the service being cancelled under 48hrs. If client decide not to receive OR want to change service during appointment time, the initial service will still be charged 100% for that service cost and time. If you do not add or select the correct “Add-on” for that appt. it will be added during check out and charge(s) will apply

EMAIL/CONFIRMATION: An email is sent after each booked appt. ..All clients receive 3 day, 48hr & 24hr reminder email ..Please always check to ENSURE correct date and time. (Check spam or junk mail)
