The basics
Please be informed that you will receive an email and text confirmation of your appointment. And you will automatically be sent a text 5-6 hour (before) your appointment with the location. If your hair is Thick, dirty or not detangled you will be charged an extra styling fee of $25 or you will be required to pay extra for a wash and dry. Also please come alone to your appointment,meaning dont come with kids,boyfriends or family members..or you will be turned away, or asked to reschedule!
There are absolutely NO refunds!!
Late policy
The late policy is to help all appointments stay in line so that I won’t be running to behind on the next appointment,15 mins late is a fee of $15.00 . 25 mins late you have to reschule. NO show will be charged 50% fee of whatever services that you booked.
Deposits
All deposits will go towards the final total of the installs that you have booked.and all deposits are completely NONE REFUNDABLE!
CANCELATION POLICY
ALL appointments are given the option to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
Anything after 24 hours this is considered a same day cancelation.. which will result in automatic lost of deposit and an additional $30 fine charged to your card on file! Being that I will no longer be able to full your spot!
You will also have to pay another $25 deposits to secure future appointments through the booking app.

I AM Offering a wig sale ALL WIGS 14-22inch is $50 off and all wigs that’s 24-30inch is $100 off. Please be aware that wigs sell out fast so please give me 3-5 business days after your purchase so I can have your wig ready and on hand. Also when booking,please book under Wig sale and or (purchase wig under add ons). Both will only charge you a $200 deposit and the remainder of your wig of choice will be collected before you receive your order, via cash,cash app, Apple Pay or Zelle.
