Booking Policy:

Deposits: Non-refundable/non-transferable $25 deposit required (paid through the site).

Remaining balances: HALF OF REMAINING BALANCE are to be paid in person BEFORE SERVICE IS STARTED, OTHER HALF IS PAID AFTER SERVICE in Cash or Zelle only! No refunds. Changes cannot be made once you leave the salon, stylist is not liable for any possible damages caused to hair AFTER style.

The address will be sent in an email 24hrs prior to your appointment.

Appointments can be rescheduled ONCE before a new deposit is added to your total.

When entering your name, email, and phone number please triple check that all information is correct. Not putting your correct contact information may lead to a cancellation if I am not able to contact you within a certain time period.

MASKS ARE REQUIRED. Pictures/videos will be taken. Masks can be taken off during pictures/videos.

NO EXTRA GUESTS (unless discussed with me before hand, guests may still be denied)

I DO NOT service anyone under the age of 14 years old.

Late policy:

There is a 5 minute grace period.

10 minutes = additional $25 will added

15 minutes = additional $35 added

20 minutes = canceled or $50 late fee. Any same day cancellations will be charged the remaining balance. Under 24hr cancellations will be charged 60% of remaining balance.

Please note after 5-10 minutes I may not be able to service you or it will have to be a shorter style due to an appointment that may be after you.

Any no call no shows will be charged the remaining balance to the card being booked with and will be banned.

A confirmation text will be personally sent by me 24 hrs before your appointment, this MUST be responded to by 8pm or it may lead to a cancellation. Cancellations from this will be charged as a no call no show.

Services Include:

• I will have snacks and drinks provided.

• I do provide wash and blow out services.

• I have a braiding assistant.

• I do not work over perm burns, sores, extremely heavy dandruff, or scalp psoriasis. Hair must be at least 3 inches all around.

MENS HAIR MUST BE AT LEAST 7 INCHES

AFTERCARE:Please oil your scalp daily to reduce any possible tension and to keep your scalp/hair moisturized.

Booking an appointment means you agree to all policy rules. Failure to meet any will result in a fee charged or a cancellation on your behalf.
