An evening of laughter, connection and celebration with drink, food and good tunes. This will be a great way to blow off steam before the end of year rush.
If you are keen, we are doing an 80's aerobics theme to add colour, fun and laughter to the event.
Don't worry about fancy shoes, we'll be kicking them off to dance anyway.

I am encouraging you to PAUSE before things get hectic over the silly season. Join us as we gather as a community to find peace and deep relaxation.

A family night to learn and understand how each of us are emotionally driven. We use new forms of communication to bridge gaps your family might want to improve on. This is not a session where we point fingers or lay blame at anyone. This is a session to engage, empower and reconnect with each other. Gayle incorporates wellbeing strategies to help manage big emotions that happen in our homes. Helping to shift the focus and create a home of connection and fun.

Your session also includes a follow-up Zoom.

This session is for couple wanting in invest in a deeper understanding of each other to improve communication and identify your love and relationship needs.
A “none judgment”, holistic based session to help you move forward together in the same direction and using the same language to truly engage each other and grow together.

Whether its recovering from a situation together or leaning into how to manage and set yourselves (and your relationships around you) up for success.

Sometimes life can throw curve balls at us, and it can feel very overwhelming.
We can work together to help you to find and light your spark again.
Through chatting, problem solving and shifts in our self-belief, we can help you back to a fuller life.
