First class? Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a brief form, familiarize yourself with the space, and meet your instructor.

Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled class will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to that of the purchased class or a class deduction from a class pass.

Payments can be made in-person via card or exact cash amount or, alternatively, by way of bank transfer prior to class using the bank details included in your booking confirmation email.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have any health or medical concerns, it is important to consult your doctor prior to attending Pilates. If you are pregnant or have recently bulged a disk, this may not be the ideal setting for your Pilates practice. If this is the case, please get in touch to discuss your circumstances prior to finalizing payment.
