Your party may enter the studio up to 15-minutes ahead of your scheduled start time for no extra charge if the room is available for you to do so.
You will be charged in 15-minute increments if you are still in your studio past the scheduled end time of your appointment, so please make sure to account for setup and breakdown time within your reservation. If you do need additional time, please make sure to check with the studio attendant that the studio is available for you to do so.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up until 48 hours prior to your scheduled start time.
