    • All deposits areNON REFUNDABLE
    • When booking you must have a valid email & phone number or your appt. will be canceled.
    • If you need to reschedule you must reschedule 24hrs before appointment. This can be done in yourself in your email confirmation.
    • Please note that if you are running late and I have not heard from you, This is considered a no show and your appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. An email will be sent informing you that your appointment is cancelled.
    • Ladies You are responsible in picking the right day and time because YOU are booking your own appointment.
    • Appointment hoping is not allowed. Before rescheduling please be sure of appointment time and day. You will only get 1 time to reschedule and before another deposit will be required.
    **LATE POLICY**
    • $20 late fee at 15mins
    • At 20 mins appt will be cancelled. You will need to reschedule or pay $45 squeeze in fee.
    • If you do not or can not make it please notify me and we can try to reschedule you , if no communication is made you will be considered a no call no show = no new appointment. You will be blocked from site.
    Need To Know
    • I DO NOT GO OVER OTHER STYLIST WORK!
    • Please book accordingly. Im a perfectionist, i take my time. your appointment could take longer than expected.
    • All bundles must be washed, free of any thread or glue & completely dry (not damp) or a $15 inconvenience fee will be applied to total. No exceptions!
    • I do install cut up wefts but there will be a $15 fee added.
    • Cut wefts must be separated by length
    • I do not install wigs I have not previously installed.
    • Good quality Swiss, Transparent or HD ONLY! (Lace Sewin Installs & wigs)
    • No cut Lace unless it was cut by me
    **Hair Suggestions**3 bundles/pack hair is minimum for a full install2 bundles/pack hair can only be used if you have 16 inch or less for any bobs
