Services can take up to 3-5 hours.

Negative attitudes will not be tolerated.
You will be asked to leave if you become impatient.
I recommend for you not to plan anything around your appointment to avoid disappointment.
Book a day or two before events.
Wigs,Extensions for custom color and or install must be dropped off to the salon 48-72 hours prior to scheduled appointment!
I recommend Outre New premium yaki, Empire, Mylk, & Sasha pack hair for all bob services. If your natural hair is jet black I recommend that you purchase pack hair in the color 1. If your hair is off black/natural black purchase the color 1B.
Your hair must be at least 4 inches or longer for leave out. I do not recommend bundles for bobs.
Shampoo is included with all weave and natural hair care services.
Optional for clients to come already shampooed for weave install.
No extra people allowed unless being serviced.
If you need to reschedule you will need to put down a new deposit. Deposit can be used for a one time reschedule & the new appointment must be within the same month.

If you need to cancel make sure to do so within 24 hours before service.
