There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. Feel free to text 1(312)-257-8544 if running late.
Deposit is required when booking which is also deducted from your remaining balance.
Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Cancellations need to be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to use deposit for another service.
There is free parking outside the facility.
Please kindly note that children are not allowed in the suite while services are being done. There is a waiting area outside for seating.

Appointments after 7:30 Mon-Fri and on weekends after 6:30 will be charged a fee of $15 which is deducted from your balance
When booking a waxing appointment please make sure it has been at least 4-6 weeks since you've last removed the hair. If you are using anything below
- ADAPALENE (Differin)
- AZELAIC ACID (Alzelex)
- CLINDAMYCIN
- ISOTRETINOIN (Accutane)
- TAZAROTENE (Tazorac)
- TRETINOIN (Retin-A)
It is not recommended to have any areas waxed when on Accutane, as the drug shuts off all of your oil glands. This can cause SEVERE lifting of the skin that could damage and scar the skin.
Please do not use a razor or depilatory creams between appointments, this will interfere with your goal to achieve less regrowth and smoother skin. Regularly hydrating and exfoliating your skin between treatments is just as important as receiving treatment. You will receive the best results if your skin is healthy.
Please shower to clean the skin of any excess oils etc.
Do not wear any lotion, deodorant, oil, or any other skin care products on the area you intend to have waxed.
Come for your wax appointment with clean, dry skin.
Do not expose your skin to the sun for 24 hours prior to your appointment, I cannot treat skin that is sunburned.
