NEW CLIENTS

• New Clients are required to fill out an intake form once you arrive to be serviced
• All Clients receive 15% off ALL She's Royal Beauty Products.

LATE POLICY

• Please arrive on time. There is a 15 minute grace period but after 15 minutes you will be charged a $15 late fee. If you are more than 25 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, deposit will be forfeited and you will have to pay another deposit to make a new appointment.

DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS

• The non-refundable deposit of $25.00. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Please use Zelle to send your deposit to : shesroyalbeauty@gmail.comYour deposit will be deducted from the total and the remaining balance will be paid in cash.
  
  Failure to pay the deposit after booking will result in a cancelation of the appointment.In case you need to reschedule your appointment; please do so at least 24 hours prior to your original appointment, deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable
• The remaining balance is due in CASH ONLY the day of your service, no exceptions.

CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE POLICY

• Appointments can be cancelled/rescheduled 48 hours prior to your appointment by texting (754)-269-4631.
• If appointment is not rescheduled 48 hrs prior to your appointment your deposit will be forfeited and you will have to pay another deposit to reschedule.
• No Call/ No Show will result in being charge 50% of your service.
