Credit Card on File. Upon scheduling your appointment, you must provide credit card information which will be kept on file as a payment option and in case of missed appointments or late cancellation charges (less than 24 hours before scheduled appointments). A receipt for each payment is available upon request. Your credit card will be saved on file through our secure practice software. You will have the option at the time of your session to pay your balance via your credit card on file or choose a different payment method as well. For more information, read our APPOINTMENT POLICY.
