Credit Card on File. Upon scheduling your appointment, you must provide credit card information which will be kept on file as a payment option and in case of missed appointments or late cancellation charges (less than 24 hours before scheduled appointments). A receipt for each payment is available upon request. Your credit card will be saved on file through our secure practice software.
