Choose between a 45-minute or 90-minute session, and we’ll explore what’s needed on the day. Whether it’s breath work, somatic practices, or simply holding space, each session is shaped around where you’re at and what you need.
If you’re curious about working together, you’re welcome to book a 15-minute connection call. Please only book if you’re genuinely interested in exploring how this work can support you.
For ongoing support, group sessions can offer an affordable way to stay connected, and there are also packages available for both 1:1 and group sessions that provide great value.
If you can’t find a time that suits, please reach out—I’ll do my best to accommodate where I can.
All sessions are in AUD (Australian dollars). Payments can be made via PayPal or Stripe, and WISE transfers are available if needed. If you run into any issues, just let me know.
