Zoe Bentley: Aerial Trainer

Each 60-minute class will include:

  • A warm-up with exercises that get you or your child ready from head to toes for the work ahead.
  • Stretching and conditioning exercises utilizing the apparatus to build strength and flexibility. This is where strong foundations are made!
  • The instruction of new skills, variations, and sequences with time for accents and possibly some dancing to music to bring it all together.

You will focus on developing solid foundational skills and creating choreography through the sequencing of moves and accents. All skills are progressive that build toward the goal of being strong, well-rounded aerialists while having fun expressing your individuality. Safety is of upmost importance, so each class will also include instructor guided demonstrations on proper skill techniques, how to distribute your weight, maintain proper body alignment, and how to use the apparatus effectively for support and stability.

What to wear and bring:

Aerial classes

  • Leggings or sweatpants
  • T-shirts
  • Leotards/unitards
  • Class will be done barefoot to allow for grip
  • A bottle of water or sports drink
  • Yoga mat is optional

Pole classes

  • Shorts, running or yoga work great!
  • Capri leggings
  • Tank top
  • T-shirt
  • Sports bra
  • A bottle of water or sports drink
  • A yoga mat

*Please NO LOTION and REMOVE ALL JEWELRY, ZIPPERS, and WATCHES before attending class.

All sales are final. Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled 5 hours BEFORE class is to begin for full credit to be used the next month.

      $180.00

      This is package is for clients interested in beginner level pole classes with me. You have 8 weeks or 60 days from the purchase date to complete. Thank you for entrusting me to support you on your aerial journey. This is where fitness takes flight. My cancellation policy is, 5 hours BEFORE class starts a credit will be issued to use within the 60 days, not to exceed 2 credits. All sales are final.
