Consultations are $350. If our services are engaged via a signed fee agreement, the consult fee will be waived. Consult can be in person, by telephone or via Zoom. Consultations canceled within 24 hours will be charged a $50 fee. We can ONLY accept legal plans for Estate Planning.
Estate Planning = Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Pre-Need Guardianships.
Probate = gathering the decedent’s assets, paying taxes, claims and expenses and distributing assets (including property sale proceeds) to beneficiaries.
Medicaid = application preparation and asset preservation.
Guardianship = guardian appointment to exercise the legal rights of an incapacitated person.
