What's included?
End-of-year deal: One assessment for $95. Base your good intentions for 2024 on personal fitness data.
Two Assessments: $295 per individual - The first assessment will establish your current VO2 max baseline and the second assessment will support your progress (April 2024)
Where?
Assessments will be done in the back courtyard of Draughtsmen Aleworks.
What should I wear?
Please wear shorts, a short sleeve shirt and comfortable sneakers.
