-A $50 non-refundable and non-transferable reservation fee is required for all appointments, which is deducted from your total.
-Hair extension colors must be chosen at booking, or we would use black in #1/#1B. Available colors (1,1b,2,4,27,30,33,350,613,Burgundy), for any other color preference, you're welcome to bring to your appointment.
-Hair must be properly shampooed, blown out and free of products.
-If you have a product preference you'll like to use on your hair, please bring to your appointment.
-Hair is provided for most hairstyles except otherwise stated.
-We require 15-30min for break time.
-Braiding requires time and we take our time to give you a quality service. If you are running on a schedule, please book a day you are free.
-We take pictures of our work for social content purposes and business records. If you are not comfortable with this, please leave notes while booking.
-Running late? Please be sure to inform us. You'll be charged a late fee of $20 after 15min.
-If your hair isn't started within 15min of Appointment arrival, we owe you $20.
-Appointment can be rescheduled once at least 24hours before scheduled date.
-Same day cancelation means deposit forfeited.
-For same day or squeeze in appointments, please text 843-940-0246. Cost an additional $50.00
- Balance is due in cash (preferred), Zelle 843-940-0246 registered as Favour or CashApp $Sissyalaje. We also offer ApplePay, AfterPay or Card Payment. Please select preferred payment method at checkout.
