Before Booking, You Should Know:

ALL deposits are NON-refundable.

Please read carefully, to ensure you receive the best service possible.

• My grooming services are available to SMALL DOGS ONLY ( up to 15lbs).

• I DO NOT SERVICE MATTED DOGS. Dogs that have not been PROFESSIONALLY groomed in an extended period of time.

***Matting occurs when dead fur wraps around live, and can be painful and unhealthy for your dog. Your dog may need to be shaved if mats are too close to the skin. Matted dogs must visit a vet's office or to ensure a safe grooming session. ****

• Pets with any major health concerns and behavioral issues are recommended to receive grooming services at the preferred vet's office with a certified groomer on staff. The safety and well-being of all pets is my primary concern. Vanity will never come before comfort. As a responsible pet parent it is YOUR responsibility to make sure your pet receives the proper care necessary and to communicate with pet professionals any underlying health issues or concerns.

Issues included : Aggression, Hot Spots, Fleas, Severe Skin Allergies, Seizures, Matting, Respiratory Complications, Hip Dysplasia, Epilepsy, Back Problems, Heart Conditions, Collapsing Trachea, Diarrhea

*** If you knowingly book any services for a pet with any of the mentioned conditions above and the professional advice that has been giving to you has disregarded the grooming session will stop immediately and you will be charged for the full session. ***

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

-ALL RETAINERS/DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND NON-NEGOTIABLE!

-A RETAINER/DEPOSIT OF 25% OF THE DESIRED SERVICE IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO SECURE AN APPOINTMENT AND WILL BE CREDITED TOWARDS YOUR TOTAL.

-YOUR REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE IN CASH. PLEASE HAVE THE TOTAL AMOUNT PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

-If you cannot make it to your appointment, please notify us a minimal of 48 hours in advance so that your deposit can be credited to your next service.

-This does not apply to same-day cancellations, no-shows, or clients missing an appointment due to lateness.

-Clients are only allowed to reschedule an appointment upon prior notice ONCE, any rescheduling after the first attempt is null and void.

-Appointments must be rescheduled within 14 business days of prior scheduled appointment.

COURTESY RULES

• Please walk your dog before their grooming session. Arrive 10-15 minutes earlier to your appointment to give your pup enough time to potty. Any bowel accidents or urination during the grooming session will result in an additional non-negotiable $15 re-bathing service fee.

• This is not doggy daycare. Once the grooming session is complete you are responsible for being outside on time to pick your pet up. Pet parents will receive a 30-minute courtesy call prior to finishing. All late pick-ups will be charged an additional $15 per 15 minutes past scheduled pick-up time. After two consecutive late pick-ups, you will not be allowed to rebook for any future appointments. If you require more adavance notice please let the me know in advance.

• If your pet requires any form of mild sedative or calming pills I encourage doing so to ensure a safe and stress free grooming session. Necessary calming medication must be notated in the pet release form during scheduling. If your pet becomes too anxious to the point of safety concerns the grooming session will be stopped and you will be charged accordingly.

• Do not book any creative grooms or signature hairstyles for a pup that is not accustomed to the grooming process. Grooming sessions can become extremely dangerous for an untrained pup.
