n this ongoing monthly series, you'll meet with a curious and devoted group of growing practitioners for Martial Movement classes. Classes are held 2x/week in person: When: Wednesdays 5:30pm - 7:30pm & Saturdays 10:00am - 12:00pm Where: Human Empowerment Center (location included in confirmation email) You'll dive deep into what it takes to understand movement through the martial lens. Lessons include mobility, coordination, balance, proprioception, footwork, partner games, rooting, throws & sweeps, joint locks, chokes, strength training, stillness and meditation, traditional form work, formless forms, proper breathing and breathwork, and much more.
