Below you will book your grocery shopping and delivery time slot only.

Please read the below carefully.

Once your order is placed someone will reach out to you to confirm further details a hour before your time slot. When your shopper is done shopping for your items, you will be sent a checkout payment link via text message with your exact checkout total + delivery fee. Customers that can't receive text messages/not using card payment, we will further assist.

Once your checkout total link has been sent, you will have 10 minutes to process your payment or your order will be canceled.

Once you receive confirmation that your payment has been processed, Pilot Cart reserve the right to decline any orders to be canceled/refunded to the merchant it was purchased from.

With all great things, comes with change.
