A dynamic and progressive flow class to help connect the mind, body and breath. Class will include opening meditation, pranayama (breathwork), a mixture of seated stretches/standing postures/balances/arm balances and inversions, and closing with relaxation.
Modifications and variations given. This is a faster paced practice, but suitable for all levels with the invitation to listen to your bodies guidance on what feels right for you.
