Slow Motion @ Wildheart
Rob and Josie have lived and worked on the Isle of Wight for 20 years and have recently launched their Slow Motion programme, where people can use the saunas, try yoga or do some much needed meditation.
Why Sauna?
Bathing in sauna is a ritual that is hundreds of years old and like another fast-growing UK pastime – immersing yourself in cold water - sauna cleans the body and cares for the mind.
Leaving your clothes along with your worries (and your mobile phone!) at the door is a liberating and truly relaxing experience and can often result in a spiritual high and exhilarating recharge of the batteries.
When and where?
Slow motion is headed to the Wildheart sanctuary this Spring. Open from the 25th April, Thursday-Sunday, 9am-5pm.
Boasting a beautiful wood fired sauna and cold plunge pools this is the perfect way to kick-start your new year!
The sessions are each an hour long and we can accommodate a maximum of six people per session.
Please Remember:
- A towel to sit on in the sauna (and one for after!)
