Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. 10-15 minutes early for initial appointment. This allows for a smooth intake process.

Late arrivals (more than 5mins late) I will try my best to provide you with a full session, however I may have to cut your service short if there is another appointment scheduled immediately after you. If you are over 15 minutes late I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session.

24hr cancellation notice required. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.If you are unable to give a reasonable time of advance notice you may be charged 50% for your missed appointment or future services will be denied
