DEPOSITS: Nonrefundable deposit is required when booking. Deposit will go towards your payment the day of your service. Remaining balance is paid in cash ONLY.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY: A 48hr notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. If you reschedule within the 48hr notice a new deposit fee will be required.
LATE POLICY: There is a 10 min. grace period. If you are more than 10 min. late the appointment will be cancelled and will result in a no show and no deposit refund.
NO-SHOW POLICY: Failure to arrive to your scheduled appointment, will result in a no-show and your card on file will be charged for the full amount of the service(s). This will be a separate and independent charge from any future appointments that are scheduled. I have the right to refuse re-booking any future appointments.
EXTRA GUESTS: No children or extra guests are allowed. This is YOUR TIME for self care, come ready to enter a tranquil space.
