This 12-week program is designed to support you as your body goes through changes. It provides safe and effective exercise routines to promote good physical health and also aims to prepare you for childbirth.
During the program, you will:
- Exercise safely with considerations for each trimester of pregnancy
- Learn about considerations and implications for the postnatal period (4th trimester)
- Safely exercise with separated abdominal muscles (DRAM)
- Receive tips for good pelvic floor health and learn cues to engage your pelvic floor
- Have the option to collaborate with allied health professionals, such as a pelvic health physio.
Included In the price is below:
- Free initial set-up call
- 2 x Technique program lessons (every 6 weeks)
- Bi-weekly check-ins over Zoom
- Direct message support to help support you through the tough weeks
The cost is for 12 weeks, however, I prefer to work within the trimesters, so if you are mid-way through a trimester before purchasing a program, please let me know and I will create an alternate pricing method, such as a direct debit or a shorter program option to suit where you are currently at, as programs will change each trimester.
