Staircase may be needed for larger equipment as elevator is small and not freight. – Check in and check out times will be respected and modification requests communicated. – No illegal substances or smoking/hookah OF ANY KIND permitted on the premises. – Alcohol on bar is not for consumption – Alcohol consumption only for adults 21 yrs of age and older. –Swing not suitable for >280lbs – Do not swing or sway on the swing >5 min. Swing is not to be considered as a seat. – Note: Swing reinstall fee $300 – Caution when touching or leaning on brick wall graffiti art area. – Glitter or confetti is not permitted anywhere in the space. – Extreme caution when drinking and/or eating near velvet linens and furnishings. – Pets not permitted. – Outside catering allowed. – Open flames or frying of pungent dishes on or any cooking that creates large amounts of smoke is not permitted as our space has items that absorb smells easily. – Must notify in advance if furniture removal is desired – No nails, screws, staples, adhesives or penetrating items should be used on walls. Command tape may be applied with caution to crown moldings and must be removed. – Media/Audio equipment is permitted. – Plug outlet use and/or removal not allowed in flamingo tree corner. All other free outlets are permitted. PRIVACY – Security cameras are utilized during all bookings for safety and inspection purposes. CLEANING / DAMAGES Deep cleaning fees are included in the hourly rate, however, guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as it was found. Please tidy up before leaving the space. Stains or damages requiring item replacement, or the hiring of a specialist, will be at your expense. OVERTIME Uncommunicated overtime will be billed in 15 min increments at a rate of $30 per 15 minutes. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your reservation. Please factor in setup, breakdown and cleaning in your booking time selection. CANCELLATION POLICY Booking may be canceled until 7 days before the event start time and a full refund of Booking Price will be granted. Cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours, before the event start time, will receive a 50% refund of Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 48 hours before the Event start time are non refundable. If for any reason the space is deemed unsafe, cancellations may be initiated by the host and will result in full refund in all instances. Following booking submission, the host reserves the right to cancel for unacceptable ID card uploads. A full refund will be granted in this instance. DEPOSIT HOLD/ ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS Within 24 hours of your booking, a deposit hold of $100 will be initiated using the card on file. If the card on file does not have these funds, THE BOOKING WILL BE CANCELED on your behalf and subject to the cancellation policy (non refundable). If there are no damages and/or booking time extensions, this pending charge will be released within 24 hours of booking end time. Overtime/damage amounts less than $100 will be adjusted before funds are captured. For amounts higher than $100, an additional payment transaction will be initiated to fulfill the balance. Additional payments unfulfilled by card on file will be legally pursued. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES. You are responsible and liable for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone you invite to join or provide access to any Accommodation, Experience or other Host Service. For example, this means: (i) you are responsible for leaving the space (and related property) in the condition it was in when you arrived, (ii) you are responsible for paying all reasonable Damage Claim amounts necessary to cover damage that you, your guest(s), cause in the space and (iii) you must act with integrity, treat others with respect, and comply with applicable laws at all times. If you are booking for an additional guest who is a minor or if you bring a minor to space, you must be legally authorized to act on behalf of the minor and you are solely responsible for the supervision of that minor. YOUR ASSUMPTION OF RISK. You acknowledge that many activities carry inherent risks and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you assume the entire risk arising out of your access to and use of the space. For example, occupying any space may carry risk of illness, bodily injury, disability, or death, and you freely and willfully assume these risks by choosing to book this service.
