Join us for this small-group 90-minute class to learn safe massage techniques to help mama feel relieved and taken care of. I will share clear and effective techniques easily practiced at home for common discomforts during pregnancy. I will also share tips for getting better sleep! This is NOT a "full-body relaxation" class and receivers will stay clothed during the class. This class is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy.

Your initial Maya Abdominal Therapy session is typically just under 2 hours. Our time will consist of an in-depth health history intake and a conversation about your current needs and goals as well as an initial treatment on your upper and lower abdomen and pelvis, lower back, hips and glutes. I may include home care recommendations and/or a self-care belly massage teaching.

This follow-up session will consist of a check-in about our last visit, a teaching or reviewing of the self-care belly massage if needed, and also what is shifting in your body, or any new health goals.
