Welcome! Thank you so much for taking the time to schedule with me. I am very excited to go on this journey of relaxation and healing with you. I use Swedish and eastern massage techniques to help decrease muscle tension, stress, and discomfort while helping to improve flexibility, circulation, and relaxation. I also incorporate Reiki into all massages to help with energy flow. For pressure, I meet the resistance of the muscle, unless you specify otherwise.
Deep Tissue or Cupping can be added to most massages for an additional $20 charge.

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations.
As a small business owner, no shows and last minute cancellations can be hard on business. A credit card is required to be on file at the time of
making appointments. If you cancel after 24 hours or no show, you will be
charged 50% of the session price for the first instance and 100% of the session
price for any future instances. I understand this may seem harsh to some; however, time is all we have. I will never waste your time, and I appreciate
