Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

48-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you can make changes to your booking ONLINE prior to the 48 hour deadline. Please refer to the confirmation email sent to you after your booking.
Charges: If you cancel, reschedule, or no-show within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we cannot extend your appointment. The original service fee will still apply in full.
