An initial consultation is an opportunity to explore your main intentions for self-growth and healing. We delve into your health history from an integrative perspective. This session is designed for those of you interested in working with me individually on a regular basis. We explore if coaching is a good fit. There is no commitment unless you decide that it is.

Additionally, new participants of the Phoenix Club may also book an initial consultation for extra support in their program.

I offer free Twenty Minute Discovery Calls to see if Empowerment and Wellness Coaching, and Somatic Healing are a good fit for you. We can also establish what kind of coaching arrangement will work best.

Empowerment Coaching Session

1 hour 15 minutes @ $175.00

A 'One Shot' session. There is no commitment. Book whenever you feel like, to work on your specific goal or question. We dive right in, skipping the deeper intake inquiry and assessments that would be provided in an Initial Consultation. Sessions last up to an hour and twenty minutes.

30 minutes

We can meet over Zoom or the phone. I will email you an intake form that I will need back before our session. The Phoenix Consultation is a great way for us to get to know each other, talk about what interests you in attending, and answer any questions you might have!

Alchemy: New Moon at The Gatherings

Alchemy includes grounding exercises, a heart share, sound healing, visualization or meditation, and intention setting for the month ahead.
