Slots are made available on a monthly basis, specifically on the 20th of each month at 12:00 PM.
BOOKING
A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to confirm all bookings.
The remaining balance should be settled via cash or bank transfer.
Account details will be provided on the day of your appointment.

Please be aware that individuals must be at least 18 years old to qualify for cosmetic teeth whitening. Proof of Identification is required, so kindly ensure you bring this with you to your appointment

Radiant Studios is conveniently located in East London, close to Aldgate East and Whitechapel stations.
BEFORE APPOINTMENT
ENAMEL BOOSTER
We offer a desensitising and remineralising gel that can be applied to your teeth at both the beginning and conclusion of your appointment. This enamel-boosting gel effectively neutralises acidity in the mouth following whitening treatments and helps to alleviate any sensitivity you may experience. If you would like to include this service, please request it as an add-on when scheduling your appointment.
AFTER APPOINTMENT
We kindly advise you to consider various factors that may impact the appearance of your teeth or reduce the longevity of your results, such as the consumption of red wine, coffee, or tobacco products.
We recommend scheduling a top-up session 4 to 6 weeks following your initial appointment to optimize your results. To ensure availability, you may book this session in advance. Additionally, enjoy a £10 discount on your top-up session when you book it on the day of your initial appointment.
To further enhance and maintain your results, we offer a variety of aftercare products for purchase during your appointment. Simply click on "Aftercare Package" or select the specific product you would like from the add-ons, and we will ensure it is prepared for you on the day of your visit.

Please ensure that you read and complete the consent form when scheduling your appointment. This step is essential for securing your desired time slot. Thank you for your attention to this important matter.
RESCHEDULING
Please ensure your cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking. Thank you.
SUNDAY APPOINTMENT
Appointments scheduled on Sunday's are classified as "premium" appointments and incur an additional charge of £25. We kindly ask that you include this fee as an 'add-on' when reserving your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
PREMIUM SLOTS
Appointments scheduled after 6:00 PM are classified as out-of-hours appointments and incur an additional fee of £30. We kindly ask that you include this charge as an 'add-on' when booking your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
LATENESS
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally occur. We kindly request that you inform us if you anticipate being late for your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to reschedule, if necessary, and enables us to accommodate other clients who have scheduled appointments, thereby ensuring the efficient delivery of our services.

15 mins late - £15 fee
20 mins late - £20 fee
Please be advised that if you arrive 20 minutes late for your appointment, we will unfortunately need to cancel your session, and your deposit will no longer be valid. Should you wish to reschedule, a new booking will be necessary.
We also encourage you to book your top-up session on the day of your appointment to take advantage of a £10 discount.
