NEW RENTERS

A $150 incidental fee will be placed on hold in addition to your hourly rate. This will be reimbursed back to you when you leave the studio in the condition you found it.

Reserving your date and time:

Please reserve enough time for set up and clean up. Roof top access is allowed only during your reserved time. Once reserved, an agreement and invoice will be sent to you shortly. Once completed information such as direction and access code will follow.

Important Notices:

We allow cancellation and rescheduling up to 72 hours (2 days). Cancellations will be eligible for a studio credit with a validity period of 3 months from the date of issuance. Requests for cancellations and rescheduling will not be accommodated within 24 hours before the scheduled reservation commencement. It is important to note that dividing reserved time slots is not permitted. Any adjustment to appointments must encompass the entirety of the booking rather than partial modifications. We regrettably do not facilitate any refund.
