Policies

1. When booking any service below, a NONREFUNDABLE deposit fee of $25 is required. This deposit goes towards your total cost and can only be transferred once.
2. Hair must be THOROUGHLY WASHED AND BLOW DRIED day of appointment.
3. Please set aside 2-4 hours for install service.
4. Please invest in a good lace. The BETTER the lace, the better the QUALITY!
5. All laces must be dropped off 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Your name must be included in/on the package. Failure to bring items in advance may result in $20 inconvenience fee.
6. NEW LACE preferred, old wig not installed by me are accepted with prior app.
