All appointments are at Bloom Health on Lansdowne street in Peterborough.

Remember to wear comfortable clothing.
Whatever you would wear to a yoga class or the gym is great (sweatpants/leggings + a t-shirt, maybe a sweater + socks)

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Payment can be made ahead of time through this booking site, or in person at the time of your appointment (credit card, cash or e-transfer). Tax is included in all prices.

*I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. No shows will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
